Error 400 - Bad Request after enabling custom Subdomain/Domain names

PROBLEM
--------

After enabling Custom Domain on your portal you receive the following error
whenever you attempt to access it via new address:

FireFox might display:

   Error 400 - Bad Request

Internet Explorer might display:

   The page cannot be found

   The page you are looking for might have been removed,
   had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

   HTTP 400 - Bad Request
   Internet Explorer

SOLUTION
---------

Please make sure to first create DNS CNAME Record pointing your Custom Domain
to p010.hashjoin.com example:

   subdomain.domain.com -> p010.hashjoin.com
OR
   www.domain.com -> p010.hashjoin.com

Your DNS server might take few hours for the change to take affect until then
you will continue to receive such errors. These errors are raised by your ISP
-- not HASHJOIN server.
