Implemented HTTP Referral tracking and custom CSS

You can track HTTP Referrals real time using My Portals -> [Access Logs] link.  
Reports consists of the following data columns:

   Http Host
   Time
   Username
   IP Address
   User Agent
   Http Referrer
   Operation
   Category
   Topic

   Portal Access Logs
   Host Access Logs

I encourage you to utilize this report as it provides invaluable information 
about the key-words your users used when they found your site through external 
search engine.

You can now customize look and feel of your portal using custom CSS, BODY tag 
and by selecting from a list of our templates.  Access these features via My 
Portals -> [Customize] link.

There are three templates that you can select from (as of now):

   Hashjoin Default Template - light color suitable for business Forums/KB
   Hashjoin Dark Template - dark background color suitable for casual sites
   Hashjoin Support Template - suitable for Support sites (has Severity option)
