Portal Email Logs report was added to the My Portals - Administration tab.

To view the report navigate to:

   My Account -> My Portals -> Administration -> [Email Logs]

By default, report shows all emails sent today. To view emails sent in the 
past, please supply "Log Date" parameter in the following format:

   YYYY-MON-DD

Example (August 24 2007):

   2007-AUG-24

Please note that this report goes as far back as 2007-AUG-24 (the day it was 
enabled), emails sent prior to this date are not visible on this report.
